Community Living Specialist 3 MRC Supported Living Case Manager
Design and implement analog and digital voice communication systems, including PBX, Voice gateways, IAD routers, FXS/FXO, VoIP, SIP, LTE and related technologies. Conduct performance analysis of voice communication systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain circuit management solutions, including traffic analysis, network optimization, and troubleshooting with commercial vendors. Configure and maintain multiplexers for data transmission over communication lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy reliable voice communication solutions that meet business needs. Work together with a team on various projects to update and modernize telecom and network infrastructure. Identify and recommend the latest telecommunication technologies, standards, and best practices. Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams. Participate in project planning and management, including scoping, execution, and documentation. Work with various carriers, LECs and vendors to complete and maintain circuits and circuit orders.
