The Grant and Operations Administrator will support the Administrative Director, and Senior Grants Manager in the Department of Environmental Health. They are responsible for submitting proposals to BU OSP including all grant administrative materials for a variety of funders. They are responsible for processing all financial transactions on research, operating and discretionary accounts, including travel reimbursements, honoraria, and other disbursements. In addition, they are responsible for core operations support functions, including purchasing, vendor payments, and act as liaison with facilities.
The Department of Epidemiology is seeking an Assistant Research Administrator (ARA) who will provide financial assistance and research related support for a newly funded P01 grant, as well as provide pre- and post-award support to the Departments Research Administrators (RAs) who manage a portfolio of sponsored and non-sponsored grants for departmental Principal Investigators as assigned. Reporting to the Sr. Research Administrator, the candidate will assist with a variety of activities related to research support and administrative tasks.

The Program Lead for Pearson Braille Services is responsible for assisting with the coordination of development activities related to assigned testing programs. This individual will work with Program Leads and Leadership to ensure adherence to schedules, comprehensive identification of requirements, and on-time delivery of all braille testing materials.
