Proceedings include adjudications, rulemakings, and determinations of jurisdiction and other matters; and often involve complex legal, technical, and policy issues with multiple parties that participate actively.   • Your Impact:

  • Join the Management team and assist the Front Office in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service.  Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.   Essential Job Functions Supervise desk agents and work load during shift. Complete shift check-lists as specified. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. Run accurate room status reports in a timely manner and relay necessary information to effected departments and individuals. Update daily group information; maintain and be familiar with future group files.  Monitor and prepare group requirements and relay necessary information to effected departments and individuals.  Print cashiers report and verify balances.  Verify all banks and deposits accordingly. Monitor key control to maintain hotel security. Respond to guest questions regarding the hotel.  Know the lay out of the hotel including all suites, parlors, meeting rooms and all outlets\' location and hours of operation.   Skills and Experience To be successful in this role must have: 1 - 2 years supervisory experience in a Hotel or other customer relations position. Minimum 1 year of hotel experience. Must be able to communicate in English. Second language desirable. Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.  Cash handling and credit transactions.  Ability to enforce all company rules and SOPs.   Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
