In this role, you will provide overall leadership to the Customer Service & E-Commerce programs; this means you are accountable for the checkout experience and grocery delivery & pickup at your assigned store. You will focus on driving safety, quality of outbound online orders, excellent pickup experience, team productivity, and program execution. You are accountable for hiring, development, corrective actions, and separations. Internal Audit position with focus primarily on advisory work (75% advisory, 25% audit) that is identified both within and outside of internal audit engagements. This work involves exploring, identifying, proposing, and, when appropriate, executing, opportunities to improve processes and automate and/or streamline tasks throughout the organization. When supporting audit work, execute assigned functions during all phases of an agile integrated audit, including planning, fieldwork, preparation of formal written reports, vetting of observations and action plans, and wrap-up; execute audit work in conformance with department’s standards, budget, and deadlines.
