Ensure that the caregiver demonstrates that he or she is competent to perform the services the plan of care delegates. Supervisory visits to the client’s home to assess the client’s condition and quality of personal care services being provided to clients every 90 days. RN shall document any change in the client’s medical condition and revise the plan of care to respond to said change, determine the recipient’s level of satisfaction with services provided and communicate with clients designated family member.   • Roles and Responsibilities: Material Evaluation -Put material in staging area based on schedule. -As requested, get material quotes from suppliers, and deliver to project manager. -As requested, order materials in order of what has the longest lead time. -Set reminder on calendar and job board to follow up on material arrival. -Stage material as it arrives based on job schedule. Material Prep Carpenters -Review MJP\'s and set all material out for carpenters the week before the job is scheduled. -Communicate with them on current jobs daily to ensure that they have what the need for the next day. -Remove any job from schedule that is missing materials sooner than a week out and notify project manager. Follow up -Contact the homeowner the week before, the day before and the day of the project to confirm appointment and satisfaction. -Contact the trade partner the week before, day before, and day of project completion. Administrative Duties or PM Assisting (Helping but not responsible for) -Order last min material that comes up or is needed. -Request emergency Po\'s when needed -Contact suppliers for updates on material delivery. -Communication with homeowner and vendor. Field Daily\'s -Obtain before and after pictures from every trade partner and in-house person working on the schedule that day. -Upload into dash labeled by vendor, date, and trade completed. IE. Dave\'s Drywall, 10/6, Drywall and paint. -Email pictures to customer and marketing manager with a description of the work done. We will be looking at longevity and no gaps in your work history.
