PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Hang all incoming saddles and leg quarters on shackles manually by hand. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Pickup saddles from moving belt. Hang saddles and leg quarters on shackles, keeping them full. Hang at a speed of the production line. Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues; e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues and actively look for ways, and reinforces actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization. Simmons Operating systems principles and objectives: Is familiar with Simmons\' established operating systems (e.g. quality, security, office environment, company policies); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position\'s role in support of these systems - including a consideration of the impact of individual actions on the systems and the responsibility to communicate concerns and improvement ideas. Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to maintain our parts room inventory, tool check out/return, assist with ordering parts for technicians to complete their jobs, receive and enter all invoices, and generate stock orders. Monitor\'s condition of all tools and equipment in tool room custody and is responsible for accountability of all tool inventories. Maintain the tool room in a neat and orderly manner. Much effort has been made to make sure this job description is as complete as possible. It is, however, not inclusive and should not be taken as such. SNOW PLOW DRIVER D & H Lawn Care, LLC is looking for help with snow removal for the upcoming winter. Duties include plowing, shoveling/clearing sidewalks, laying icemelt, running backpack blowers, and sanding. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Typical snow shift begins after midnight, but is dependent on when the snow begins to accumulate. Must be prompt, reliable, physically capable to do heavy manual work, hardworking, be able to work effectively independently, and willing to work long shifts 10-12 hour on average when it snows. Must have 24 hour contact number and respond to call-ins quickly. Great part time/supplement income. A clean driving record and a valid driver\'s license a must to drive plow truck. Pay starts at $25.00/hour then can be moved up to $28.00/hour after initial training and when applicant is comfortable with the route and knows the routine.
