Summary About the Position: This position is located in San Antonio, Texas, with the Defense Health Agency. Responsibilities Provides technical support, advice, and guidance for the preparation of information system plans, systems design plans, test plans, SOWs (Statements of Work), and specifications for major DHA and DoD information systems.
