Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the real estate industry, located in Rancho Mirage, California. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be performing a variety of tasks to support the executive team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. You will also be expected to handle correspondence and provide general clerical support.
