In this role, you will ensure the doughnuts that you pack up are fresh and meet our strict quality standards, and youll make the process of loading doughnut trucks smooth and easy so our doughnut delivery drivers can get back on the road. The Production Manager provides support for the General Manager. They work to exceed customer expectations, foster an ethic of teamwork, develop staff members abilities and competencies, and achieve the financial objectives established for their assigned location. Their long-term objective is to develop their own skills towards becoming a General Manager.
Our doughnut makers have one of the most critical roles within our shops! You are responsible for making our iconic doughnuts while ensuring a level of quality that meets Krispy Kreme standards and in turn, satisfying our customers. You will prepare the dough, the yeast brew, the glaze, and the fillings. Dont worry, we will make sure you know how to do all of that to become a key member of our team.
