The total combined salary range for the Advanced Practice Provider I (Grade 28) is $117,760 - $142,688 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.The total combined salary range for the Advanced Practice Provider II (Grade 30) is $129,494 - $156,236 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. To qualify for the Advanced Practice Provider II (Grade 30) the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time progressively responsible Advanced Practice Provider experience in a service line at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center or at a cancer care or acute care facility recognized as comparable by Roswell Park is required.Qualifications:Required Education and ExperienceNurse Practitioner Educational Path:1. License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York; and2. Current New York State Nurse Practitioner certification; and3. Certification or eligibility for certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or other national certifying body recognized by Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA); and4. Master\'s or higher-level degree in Nursing.NOTE:As a condition of continued employment, incumbents must obtain certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or other national certifying body recognized by Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) within nine (9) months of their appointment to this title as required by Medicare.ORPhysician Assistant Educational Path:1. License to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of New York; and2.
