The Sr. BAS Operator will operate, monitor, and maintain the building automation systems (BAS) of customer located in Kings Point, NY. Interact with various systems to maintain proper operation of physical, environmental, life safety, and HVAC systems. Provide technical guidance and direction to subordinate personnel. Make system modifications as required.
