Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad is seeking a dynamic, highly dependable individual with strong financial and written/verbal communication skills to fulfill a full time administrative assistant/bookkeeper position. This individual will be responsible for overseeing billing, financial reporting, and payroll. In addition, they will help ensure that agency certifications are kept current, serve as an agency point of contact for business purposes, and perform general office duties. Knowledge of Quickbooks and familiarity with Emergency Medical Services preferred, but not required.
