The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers in coordination with the Branch team. ICM also plays an important role in Citi’s Transformation efforts by helping to drive a Citi-wide focus on wholesale credit risk management. The Lending Transformation Program (LTP) is a key initiative within ICM.
